Description

A large lined card with fields for name and class at the top, and fields for various physical measurements, including weight, height, lung capacity, strength, swimming speed, running speed, and gymnastics skills, and fields for indicating whether the student was a member of a sports team. These cards were used by the Bryn Mawr College Health Department to track and health and strength of students.
